Anil’s knowledge of the inner workings of businesses and their tax obligations, coupled with his experience as a professional auditor, has enabled him to be a very highly regarded accountant and business advisor.Īnil grew up in Great Neck, Long Island, and has lived in Manhattan since 2001, after graduating from Babson College with a Concentration in Accounting. He eventually became an integral part of the audit engagement team for several clients including Forever 21, India Abroad/, LensCrafters, Merrill Lynch, and the Rockefeller Family Investment Group. Anil’s career in accounting started with Deloitte in the summer of 2000. His duties included budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control, meeting with major retailers, and traveling to Asia to develop and source new products. Prior to founding 212 Tax Services, Anil served as Vice President of Armel Enterprises, an importer & distributor of home furnishings. He also has extensive experience helping taxpayers with tax problems, including late returns, missed filings, and negotiating back taxes and penalties. Food & beverage industries, along with clients who face various types of international tax issues and many people who work with the United Nations and foreign governments.
